On October 24, 2018, a project writing workshop was held at Naryn State University. The purpose of the event is to familiarize the participants of the training with the features of developing project ideas and preparing project applications for participation and attracting funding for the Erasmus + program. One of the four international Erasmus+ actions, ICM funds short-term higher education mobility of students and staff between Programme and Partner Countries. The action is decentralised and managed by the National Agencies of the 33 Erasmus+ Programme Countries. On the 29-30 January, 2018 the NEO-ICP coordination meeting organized by the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency was held in Brussels (Belgium). During this 2 days the detail practical issues related to the implementation of the project, the management of the grant agreement and the financial rules applicable to the CBHE grant was discussed. The Higher Education Reform Experts convened its meeting on the 19th of December 2017. The goals of the meeting were sum up the results of 2017, its proposed interventions for the 2018 year , discussion about normative legal actы. 12 December 2017 in order to attract new program participants, the national Erasmus+ Office in Kyrgyzstan provided training for International medical School on writing project proposals for Erasmus+. Information on requirements and innovations of the new call, familiarization with national and regional priorities was provided. The event were attended by about 40 participants.

One of the four international Erasmus+ actions, ICM funds short-term higher education mobility of students and staff between Programme and Partner Countries. The action is decentralised and managed by the National Agencies of the 33 Erasmus+ Programme Countries. In 2017, a total of 1,297 eligible applications were received and each application included an average of 5 Partner Countries.
