On 12th of June 2019 the Round table for scholarship-awarding organisations was held at the office of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).
The event was participated by the representatives of the the British Embassy, the United States of America, as well as heads of international scholarship programs.
The aim of the meeting was to exchange of experience on scholarship programs, to discuss of ideas, and to increase cooperation.
Participants presented their programs, familiarized with the of awarness criterias for the selection of participants. Each scholarship program is unique, but one of the most important component of all programs is to increase intercultural cooperation, student exchange and to provide scholarship support to Kyrgyz citizens for education and research.
Currently, the following scholarship programs are active in Kyrgyzstan:
Erasmus +, DAAD, Fulbright, Chevning.
