On the 29-30 January, 2018 the NEO-ICP coordination meeting organized by the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency was held in Brussels (Belgium). The Higher Education Reform Experts convened its meeting on the 19th of December 2017. The goals of the meeting were sum up the results of 2017, its proposed interventions for the 2018 year , discussion about normative legal actы. One of the four international Erasmus+ actions, ICM funds short-term higher education mobility of students and staff between Programme and Partner Countries. The action is decentralised and managed by the National Agencies of the 33 Erasmus+ Programme Countries. In 2017, a total of 1,297 eligible applications were received and each application included an average of 5 Partner Countries. In 2016 a total of 1,163 eligible applications were received, up from 1,088 under the first round of the 2015 call. Onaverage, eachproposal included 5-6 Partner Countries.
