Monitoring of ICM Projects at the American University in Central Asia was held by the National Erasmus+ Coordinator in Kyrgyzstan on 5 September 2017. At present time, the University is implementing ICM projects with Tartu Ulikool (Estonia), Philipps Universitaet Marburg (Germany), Obudai Egyetem (Hungary), Mykolo Romerio Universitetas (Lithuania), Vidzemes Augustskola (Latvia), Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (France) and Bergische Universitaet Wuppertal (Germany).

The monitoring objective was to assess the implementation of the projects and learn about the issues faced in implementation of the mobility such as quality of mobility, logistics, and recognition of learning outcomes at home university.

The monitoring was attended by the ICM project coordinators as well as faculty and students participated in the mobility. The project coordinators made presentations and reports on the projects. They emphasized the impact of such projects on the personal and professional development of the faculty and students. AUCA faculty and students participated in the mobility shared with their experience gained during their stay in European partner University. In general, all mobility participants expressed their satisfaction with the quality of study programmes, logistical support of home and host Universities.  At the end of the monitoring there were given recommendations on further efficient project implementation by Ms. Gulnara Chokusheva, the NEO Coordinator in Kyrgyzstan.
