Results of Call for Proposals for Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education

In total, 874 eligible applications were submitted by the 8 February 2018 deadline (6% more than in 2017). Of the 179 countries eligible for funding, 135 were included in applications this year (of which 32 of the 33 Programme Countries, and 103 of 146 eligible Partner Countries), covering all world regions.

The Evaluation Committee recommended a total of 147 applications for EU funding, of which 133 are Joint Projects and 14 Structural Projects. This represents a success rate of 16.6 %, down from 17.9%

Among the selected projects, Kyrgyz universities will participate in the implementation of the following 3 projects, 2 joint projects and 1 structural project:

598092-EPP-1-2018-1-BG-EPPKA2-CBHE-SP «Modernization of Higher education in Central Asia through new technologies» with participation of Ala-too international University, Issyk-Kul State University named after K. Tynystanov, Kyrgyz State technical University and Ministry of Education and Science

598690-EPP-1- 2018-1-BE-EPPKA2- CBHE-JP «Establishing Master programmes in HRM and talent Development in Central Asia» with participation of American university of Central Asia and Kyrgyz Economic University.

598470-EPP-1- 2018-1-DE-EPPKA2- CBHE-JP «Enhancing Green economy in 3 countries of Asia» with participation of International University of central Asia, Issyk-Kul State University named after K. Tynystanov and Kyrgyz Economic University
