On 20th of December, 2018, on the basis of the Osh University of Technology, the National Erasmus + Office organized an Information Day for the Erasmus + program for universities from the southern region.
The purpose of the information day is to provide information about the program and its components, in which Kyrgyzstan can participate as a partner country, as well as an explanation of the conditions of the fifth competition, which was announced on October 24, 2018.
Mr. Urmat Attokurov, Vice Rector of Osh University of Technology, introduced the program of the day to those present.
Guldastan Berdikulova, Project Manager at the National Erasmus + Office in Kyrgyzstan, made a presentation on “Capacity Building in Higher Education” and introduced the requirements for submitting projects to a new competition.
Nurgul Kasenova, presented another component of the Erasmus + program “International Credit Mobility” and introduced the requirements for submitting projects for a new competition.
The event was attended by more than 90 representatives of universities of Kyrgyzstan from the southern region, including representatives from universities that previously did not participate in the TEMPUS / Erasmus + projects.
