In 2016 a total of 1,163 eligible applications were received, up from 1,088 under the first round of the 2015 call. Onaverage, eachproposal included 5-6 Partner Countries. Ultimately 670 projects were selected for funding; bringing the success rate of funded proposals to 58%, up from 53% after the first round of the 2015 Call. We are very pleased to announce about selection results of the second call of Erasmus+ program on component “International credit mobility”. From Central Asian countries 96 programs were selected from 226 submitted project proposals. From Kyrgyzstan 61 proposal were submitted and selected – 21, it is 34% success rate. According to a preliminary analysis of the results of the projects, subbmited under Component 1 of Erasmus+ Programme – Internartional Credit Mobility, Kyrgyzstan will receive funding for 90 mobilities, including 73 incoming moblities and 17 ougoing mobilities. 34 mobilities for different level of students and 56 staff mobilities. On 12 May 2015 the National Erasmus+ Coordinator in Kyrgyzstan – Gulnara Chokusheva held a meeting with the Rector of the International University of Innovative Technologies – Mr. Ulugbek Begaliev. During the meeting the Components of the Erasmus+ Programme were presented and project proposals from IUIT were discussed.
