On December 12-13, 2019 the annual conference for experts on the reform of higher education took place in Prague (Czech Republic).
The event was organized by the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency.

The aim of the conference was to understand the current driving forces regarding social inclusion in higher education and extract lessons from the HERE events that have been held in 2019, create linkages between the topics of social inclusion, internationalization and mobility and understand better how these topics are approached (or not approached) in EU and Partner countries and also via EU mobility programmes and also draw lessons from different partner countries on how they tackle
specific higher education reform themes, both at institutional and national level.

Ms. Chinara Adamkulova, Rector of the Diplomatic Academy under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, head of the national team of experts, Ms. Svetlana Sirmbard, Rector of the ADAM University, member of the national team of experts, Ms. Rakhat Bekboeva, Dean of master program of higher education, member of the national team of experts and Ms. Gulnara Chokusheva, National Coordinator of the Erasmus + program in Kyrgyzstan took part on the event
