On 15th of October 2020, the National Erasmus + Office in Kyrgyzstan conducted the field monitoring visit to the Erasmus+ “Establishing Master programmes in HRM and talent Development in Central Asia (TALENT)” project.
The purpose of monitoring was to get acquainted with the results achieved so far.
Team leaders of partner-universities from Kyrgyzstan, Ms. Galina Gorborukova and MS. Zhazgul Estebes kyzy presented the report on the implemented activities over the last year. Within the framework of the project a new interdisciplinary master’s program titled on “Master program in TALENT management and human potential development in organizations” was launched. Nowadays, the first students were also enrolled.
2 Kyrgyz Universities are involved in implementation of the project: American University of Central Asia and Kyrgyz Economic University.
