1. Subject of the Tender
Procurement and delivery of IT equipment, including:
Monitors – 3 units
All-in-One Desktops – 2 units
2. Technical Requirements

3. Delivery Conditions
Delivery time: No more than 8 weeks from the contract signing date.
Warranty: At least 12 months.
Packaging: Full factory packaging with documentation.
Certification: Equipment must comply with established quality standards.
4. Conditions for Participation in the Tender
Legal entities registered in accordance with the law and having experience in supplying IT equipment are invited to participate in the tender.
Tender applications must include:
A completed tender application specifying:
Full company name
Contact details (phone, email, legal address)
List, models, and specifications of the proposed equipment (as per the Tender Documentation annex)
Delivery timeframe
Warranty terms
Financial proposal (unit price, total price including all taxes and fees, as per the Tender Documentation annex III)
Copies of company registration documents.
