“Erasmus+ DEFA”, the project funded by the European Union, opened the Competence Development Center and organized the Round table dedicated to the development of financial autonomy of universities in Kyrgyzstan on December 23, 2023.
The project is devoted to piloting and expanding new systems of university self-governance in the Kyrgyz Republic. DEFA provides special opportunities to increase the financial autonomy of higher institutions.
