From 4 to 6 February 2025, the National Erasmus+ Offices (NEOs), International Capacity Building Projects (ICPs), and Erasmus+ National Focal Points (ENFPs) convened in Brussels for a regional workshop. The event was hosted by the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) at the Radisson Collection Hotel, Grand Place.
Aim:
The workshop aimed to enhance the capacity of Erasmus+ NEOs and partners in managing and promoting international projects, strengthen cross-regional cooperation, and share best practices for project implementation, visibility, and reporting.
Objectives:

Provide updates on Erasmus+ calls, selection results, and trends for 2023–2024.

Deliver training sessions on mobility and cooperation actions (CBHE, CBVET, CB Youth, CB Sport, Jean Monnet) and project management.

Strengthen visibility and dissemination strategies, including promoting international cooperation, project impact, and outreach.

Facilitate peer exchange and networking among NEOs, ENFPs, and ICPs.

Support NEOs in reporting, documentation, audit-readiness, and implementation of new grant agreements.

Offer workshops on capacity building, mentoring, and proposal preparation to improve the quality and sustainability of Erasmus+ projects.
Key Activities:

Opening remarks by EACEA and DG EAC officials, highlighting the EU policy agenda and strategic priorities.

Training sessions on project management, international mobility, and cooperation actions.

Regional workshops for ENFPs and NEOs to share best practices and lessons learned.

Networking sessions, bilateral meetings, and visits to the European Parliament to foster inter-agency cooperation.

Practical sessions on visibility, communication, and maximizing project impact.

Interactive panels on project reporting, financial documentation, and audit preparation.
Expected Outcomes:

Enhanced knowledge and skills of NEOs in managing Erasmus+ projects, including reporting and audit compliance.

Stronger collaboration and networking across NEOs, ICPs, and ENFPs to foster regional synergies.

Improved understanding of visibility strategies, international mobility, and capacity-building initiatives.
