The forum was organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic and was held at the Kyrgyz State Medical Academy named after I.K. Akhunbaev.
Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, Akylbek Japarov, presented the concept of education reform in Kyrgyzstan. The Minister of Education and Science Kanybek Imanaliev and representatives of the UN, UNICEF, the World Bank, USAID, the Aga Khan Foundation, and the Asian Development Bank also spoke at the forum.
