On July 2, 2014 at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in the framework of High Objectives of National Organizational Reform (HONOR) project took place the first international conference Innovations and best management practices in the public sector.
On April 9, 2015 at the Kyrgyz National University took place the final conference of Tempus project “Institute for Strategic Management of Universities” (ISMU). The aim of ISMU project is “Improve the governance and management of higher education institutions by ensuring a
high level of qualified middle and top managers through the creation of an international institute for strategic management of universities”.
The meeting was attended bythe National coordinator of the Erasmus program + in Kyrgyzstan, the Project coordinator – the representative of Technical university of Catalonia Alicia Berlanga, representatives of the Consortia member Universities from Europe and Central Asia.
The purpose of the final conference was to discuss the project implementation, its achievements, issues and outcomes of the project implementation.
