Today, January 11, 2024, a meeting of the new project “Green and Digital Universities for Sustainable Development of Kyrgyzstan” (GREENKG) was held! πŸ—“οΈπŸŒπŸŒ

The purpose of the kick-off meeting is to meet the consortium members face-to-face, review goals, objectives and responsibilities, discuss and assign responsibilities. Agree on a communication plan, dissemination of information, quality assurance and project work packages. A Steering Committee and a Project Management Board were established. Also at the meeting 2 European partners shared their experience and made presentations.

Participants: leaders/heads of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, The Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, EACEA, Erasmus+, and the GREENKG project consortium coordinators, Rectors and academic staff of Kyrgyz universities.

It’s important to note that this project aims to meet the universities’ needs for expanding knowledge and opportunities in the development and implementation of “green” and digital university policies.
