The National Erasmus+ Office in the Kyrgyz Republic (NEO) is seeking a qualified and motivated Communications Manager to join our team.
📍 Location: Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan
📅 Contract type: Full-time (part-time may be considered)
⏳ Deadline: May 26, 2025
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• 🧠 Develop and implement the NEO’s communication and PR strategy;
• 🌐 Manage and regularly update the official website and social media (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, etc.);
• 📝 Prepare and distribute engaging communication materials (news, press releases, posts, brochures, reports, presentations);
• 🚀 Lead online and offline promotion of Erasmus+ opportunities;
• 📸 Plan and conduct photo and video content creation, including editing and post-production;
• 🎥 Document events with visuals and create short-form content (reels, stories, highlights);
• 📣 Organise and support public events (Info Days, Erasmus+ Days, press events);
• 📊 Monitor and analyse performance data, apply basic SMM targeting and promotion tools;
• 🤝 Maintain communications with media, universities, and international partners.

👤 Candidate Profile:
• 🎓 University degree in communications, journalism, PR, marketing, international relations, education, or a related field;
• 🧾 Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (preferably in international or educational settings);
• 🌍 Fluency in Kyrgyz, Russian, and English (written and spoken);
• 🖌️ Strong skills in visual content production: photo/video shooting and editing (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.);
• ✍️ Excellent writing and storytelling skills for various platforms;
• 📱 Experience with SMM tools, content calendars, hashtags, audience targeting;
• 📢 Understanding of public relations and digital outreach strategies;
• ✅ Organized, self-driven, creative, and detail-oriented.
