Organized based on Salymbekov University in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, representatives of 16 universities from all regions of Kyrgyzstan participated.
The purpose of the training was to teach the methodology and tools of strategic analysis and planning, to improve the quality of the educational institution’s strategy and to introduce new management approaches, and innovations into the university environment.
Tasks:
To form an understanding of the role and importance of strategic management, methodology and tools of result-oriented and efficiency-oriented management;
To increase the analytical potential and develop the strategic and operational management skills of the participants.
To increase motivation for professional and personal growth among participants.
To create a networking platform for the exchange of successful practices and learned lessons.
Participants: Representatives of universities’ strategic planning groups
The training was attended by 34 people (9 men and 25 women) from 17 Universities ( 4 regional).
