On November 4, 2025, a training on Erasmus+ CBHE project proposal writing was held at the Bishkek Musical and Pedagogical Institute named after T. Ermatov .

The event was organized by the National Erasmus+ Office in Kyrgyzstan and brought together representatives of Kyrgyz higher education institutions. The training aimed to enhance the capacity of academic and administrative staff to design and submit project proposals under the Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) component of the Erasmus+ programme.

The programme covered the structure, priorities, and objectives of Erasmus+ CBHE, with a focus on aligning project ideas with national and regional priorities. Participants explored the differences between Joint and Structural projects, practiced developing logical frameworks, defining results and indicators, and learned how to effectively use eForm and Annexes when preparing applications.

Special attention was given to the design of work packages, budgeting principles, and the development of sustainable partnerships among higher education institutions. Through practical exercises, participants analyzed examples of successful project proposals and identified common mistakes to avoid during submission.

The training concluded with a discussion of key evaluation criteria used by EACEA and practical recommendations for improving the quality and competitiveness of future proposals.

By the end of the session, participants had strengthened their understanding of the Erasmus+ CBHE programme and gained practical skills in formulating, structuring, and budgeting project proposals.
