Training for Rectors of Higher Education Institutions and Education Reform Experts of the Kyrgyz Republic

On October 24, at the Kyrgyz State University named after I. Arabayev, the NEO team organized a leadership training for rectors of higher education institutions and experts in higher education reform in the Kyrgyz Republic.
 
The purpose of the training: an analysis of the key challenges of the 21st century, the formation of leadership skills necessary under conditions of uncertainty, the creation of meaning, and the mobilization of people. The trainer was Eduard Turdaliev, an expert on digital transformation.

During an intensive three-hour training session we examined technological change and its impact on the development and degradation of societies. We discussed human behavior and social structure through the prism of game simulation. And explored the impact of marketing on the formation of hidden stereotypes, stages and rules of personal growth, and the creation of meaningful projects.
