📢 A HERE team of higher education experts from Kyrgyzstan participated in the HERE Study Visit “Inclusive Internationalisation: From Good Intentions to Measurable Outcomes,” hosted by Ghent University and the Support Centre for Inclusive Higher Education (SIHO) in Ghent, Belgium, on October 3-4, 2024.
🌍 The visit focused on sharing institutional practices from two leading institutions—Ghent University and Artevelde University of Applied Sciences—on making internationalisation more inclusive. Insights were provided by staff, students, and organisations deeply involved in the topic, with a special focus on how Flanders as a higher education system is driving the strategy for inclusive internationalisation.
Additionally, the outcomes of the Inclusivehighereducation.eu project were highlighted. This project supports public authorities and higher education institutions across the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) in implementing the EHEA Principles and Guidelines on the Social Dimension.
