On December 2, 2021, the National Erasmus + Office in Kyrgyzstan organized an online seminar dedicated to “Inclusive education is a priority in the reform of higher education in the Kyrgyz Republic.”
Dr. Martina Gaisch, Social Dimension Expert, Academic Supervisor of Diversity and Inclusion Management (University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria) was the main speaker.
During the seminar, the following issues were raised:
• Adaptation of training for people with disabilities, taking into account the requirements of employers using e-learning and ICT;
• professional requirements for people with disabilities (PWD), presented by employers;
• Peculiarities of assessment and the level of professional skills of people with disabilities.
The online event was attended by 50 representatives of universities in Kyrgyzstan.
