The two-day TAM seminar “Entrepreneurship Education: Best Practices and Implementation Strategies”, which took place on April 8-9, has come to an end. The main objective of the event was to raise awareness about entrepreneurship education and to provide participants with concrete examples of its successful implementation in higher education.
Within this goal, the following objectives were formulated:
To provide practical tools and methods for identifying and evaluating business opportunities.
To develop participants’ entrepreneurial thinking and skills.
Increasing knowledge on the implementation of entrepreneurship education in higher education curricula.
Improving methods of entrepreneurship education and strengthening links between Kyrgyz and international experts in this field.
The main speaker of the seminar was Prof. Pere Juarez from the University of Barcelona. The seminar program included several sessions, each covering certain aspects of entrepreneurship education:
Panel discussion with Kyrgyz and international experts.
Exchange of practical examples and success stories.
Presentations on best practices in entrepreneurship education and its integration into higher education curricula.
Interactive workshops and discussions on developing entrepreneurial skills and thinking in STEM.
Sessions also included interactive LEGO® Serious Play® Workshop games “Boheme” and the EntreComp model, which enhanced participants’ understanding and engagement with the topic of discussion.
The seminar was attended by 39 people (11 men and 28 women) from 14 universities of the Kyrgyz Republic.
