Today, February 27, 2023, began a three-day training for teams of universities of the Kyrgyz Republic on strategic planning.
The purpose of the training is to improve the capacity of HEIs in the design of development strategies and the introduction of effective mechanisms for strategic planning in their management process.
The objectives of the training are:
🔹Form an understanding of the role and importance of strategic management and planning in the management system of HEIs, methodology, and tools of strategic planning;
🔹Develop the participants’ strategic thinking and practical skills in strategic planning, analysis, development of strategy monitoring and evaluation system
🔹How to motivate the professional development of participants and create a team of like-minded people.
As a result of the training, participants will form a holistic view of the process and methodology of strategic planning and its place in the management of the university. Participants will develop skills in strategic planning and analysis, as well as increase involvement in strategy development and subsequent implementation of changes at the institution level.
The trainers of the training are Zaure Sydykova and Nazira Esenalieva.
The training takes place at the Bishkek Humanities University named after Karasaev.
The organizers are Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic and Erasmus+ National Office in the Kyrgyz Republic.
