On November 18–19, 2024, the SPHERE Seminar explored the role of European University Alliances (EUi) in fostering transnational collaboration and driving higher education reform. Participants discussed key initiatives, including enhancing student and staff mobility, developing joint degree programs, and addressing institutional barriers to create a “European Degree.” The seminar highlighted the alliances’ focus on inclusivity, sustainability, and innovation as models for transforming higher education across Europe and beyond.
