Key objectives include:

  1. Launching digital PhD programs on a national IT platform.
  2. Training 100 academic and administrative staff.
  3. Enrolling 100 students in pilot digital PhD programs.
  4. Revising three national policy documents to support integration and sustainability.

Structured into four work packages, the project focuses on digital platform development, inclusive access, capacity building, and environmentally sustainable practices. A total of 10 digitalized PhD programs will be developed and piloted.
