On June 3, 2024, the National Erasmus+ Office in Kyrgyzstan organized a comprehensive training session on preparing Erasmus+ project reports via the SYGMA platform. Hosted at the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov, the event brought together project coordinators and financial managers to enhance their skills in project reporting and compliance with Erasmus+ requirements.
Purpose of the Training
The primary goal of the training was to build the capacity of local project teams in effectively reporting Erasmus+ project outcomes and financial expenditures through the SYGMA platform.
Key Objectives:
To familiarize participants with the narrative and financial reporting standards required by the Erasmus+ Programme.
To provide hands-on guidance on using official templates and addressing common reporting errors.
To share best practices in documenting activities, dissemination efforts, and project results.
To foster peer learning and exchange of experiences among beneficiaries.
Event Highlights:
The training was opened by Gulnara Isaeva, National Coordinator of the Erasmus+ Programme in Kyrgyzstan, and Dr. Mirlan Chynybaev, Rector of KSTU. Dr. Kenesh Jusupov, an experienced Erasmus+ projects coordinator, led the main sessions, offering practical insights into narrative and financial reporting, including visibility and dissemination obligations. The training concluded with an interactive discussion moderated by Dr. Nurlan Omurov, Coordinator of Erasmus+ DEFA project
