On June 10, 2025, the National Erasmus+ Office in the Kyrgyz Republic held an online seminar featuring the Rector of Osh State University. The event focused on the topic “Osh State University’s Experience on the Path to Becoming a Fourth-Generation University.”
During his presentation, Rector of Osh State University highlighted the university’s key achievements in digital transformation and its integration into the international educational space. He also shared OshSU’s progress in modernizing infrastructure and implementing innovative approaches to higher education, which position the university among the leading institutions in Kyrgyzstan in advancing toward the fourth-generation university model.
The seminar brought together representatives of universities, faculty members, students, and other stakeholders interested in the sustainable development of higher education. Participants engaged in a lively discussion, exchanging views on the future of higher education in Kyrgyzstan and the role of digitalization in driving institutional transformation.
The event underscored the importance of sharing best practices among universities and demonstrated Osh State University’s commitment to innovation and international cooperation.
