From August 4 to 6, 2025, the round table “University in Hybrid Reality: New Formats and Academic Culture” took place, organized by Adam University in cooperation with the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung. The event aimed to discuss the transformation of higher education in the context of hybrid reality, highlight the challenges and opportunities of new learning formats, and explore pathways for fostering a sustainable academic culture.
The National Erasmus+ Office in the Kyrgyz Republic participated in the round table, contributing to discussions on key issues related to quality assurance in education, the digital transformation of universities, and the evolution of professional identity in hybrid teaching environments.
The event gathered representatives of ministries, universities, research and educational institutions, as well as experts in education digitalization and higher education reform. Over the course of three days, participants engaged in discussions on a wide range of topics, including:

the development of hybrid learning models;

academic culture in blended learning environments;

digital platforms and their impact on pedagogical practices;

mobility and international cooperation in a hybrid reality;

preserving university identity and developing PhD programs in blended formats.
The National Erasmus+ Office emphasized the importance of such dialogue platforms for strengthening cooperation between universities, government bodies, and the expert community. These initiatives support the development of strategic approaches to modernizing higher education in Kyrgyzstan and expanding international academic cooperation.
