On 17th of September 2019, the National Erasmus + Office in Kyrgyzstan conducted the field monitoring visit of the Erasmus + RRegional Objectives of Administrative Development (ROAD) project on the basis of Kyrgyz State University named after I. Arabaev.

The purpose of monitoring was to evaluate the project implementation process at the current moment, as well as obtain information on the results and achievement of the set goals.

Monitoring of the project conducted on behalf of the European Commission’s Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) as part of standard monitoring procedures for all CBHE projects.

Mrs. G. Chokusheva, National Coordinator of the Erasmus + Program in Kyrgyzstan acquainted participants with the goals and objectives of monitoring the project.

The current results, as well as plans for sustainable development of the ROAD project in their universities were introduced by:

Ms. J. Koomanova – Issyk-Kul State University
Ms. A. Borubaeva – Kyrgyz State University
Ms. G.Matkalykova – Jalal-Abad State University
Ms. M. Sarieva, representative of CBGroup, the associated partner of the project.

During the monitoring, special attention was paid to measures for the sustainability of the project.

Based on the monitoring results, the National Coordinator announced the preliminary monitoring results.
