Today, on October 11, an institutional monitoring of Erasmus+ programs took place at Osh State University (OshSU) under the leadership of the European Commission and the European Education and Culture Executive Agency.

The monitoring was attended by María-Sol Domínguez Parrado, Project Manager at the European Commission and the European Education and Culture Executive Agency, Gulnara Isaeva, National Coordinator of the Erasmus+ Office, as well as relevant university officials led by the rector of OshSU, Kudayberdi Kozhobekov, coordinators of international projects, and faculty members.

The meeting focused on assessing the overall impact of the ongoing international projects, identifying the key factors ensuring project sustainability, and improving their sustainability.

During the monitoring, presentations were made on the projects TUTORIAL, DERECKA, HARMONEE, BERNICA, DEFA, EPCA, PAWER, Green KG, and KyrMEDU, which are being implemented at OshSU as part of the Erasmus+ program.

Then, within the framework of the “Green KG” project, a ceremony was held to open the “Digital Innovation Center” at the Institute of Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, and Information Technology at OshSU.

In the afternoon, the guests visited the “Eco-Innovation Center,” created under the “Green KG” project at the Institute of Natural Sciences, Physical Culture, Tourism, and Agricultural Technologies at OshSU, and participated in the opening of the “Nutrition Laboratory,” implemented as part of the BERNICA project on the Ak-Buura campus.

The international projects are aimed at supporting modern technologies and educational innovations at the university.

Additionally, meetings were held with local and international partners, along with guided tours around the university.
