On September, 27-29, 2021, the project meeting of the Erasmus+ project TALENT: Establishing Master programs in HRM and Talent Development in Central Asia took place.
The main aim of the event was to discuss the implementation of a new master’s program in human resource management developed with the Erasmus+ TALENT project.
During the implementation of the project two Kyrgyz HEIs: AUCA and KEU launched a master’s program in a pilot mode. The new master’s program is in great demand. Nowadays, 16 students are enrolled in the pilot master’s program.
Representatives of all partner universities participated in this very fruitful meeting.
