On October 10, 2025, the National Coordinator of the Erasmus+ Programme in Kyrgyzstan held a meeting with representatives of the Kyrgyz-European Faculty (KEF) of Kyrgyz National University.
During the meeting, the main components of the Erasmus+ Programme were presented in detail, including higher education mobility, Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) projects, Jean Monnet activities, as well as new initiatives of the European Union in the field of education and research. Special attention was given to the opportunities that the programme offers for teachers and students — academic exchanges, professional development, international internships, and the creation of joint educational projects.
The participants showed great interest in the discussion, asking questions about the application process, partnership development, and successful examples of Erasmus+ project implementation in Kyrgyz universities.
The meeting was held in a warm and productive atmosphere, becoming another step toward strengthening international cooperation and promoting European values in education.
