Undoubtedly, the most interesting and at the same time the most complex component of the Erasmus+ program is Capacity building in higher education. The process of preparing project proposals requires a thorough analysis based on the logical-structural matrix.
Today the heads of almost all departments of the International Ala-Too University came to the office for a consultation and discussed promising ideas for projects in the higher education sector – this approach will undoubtedly bring results.
Recall that Ala-Too International University is one of the most active participants in the Erasmus+ program, especially in the field of credit mobility. At the stage of discussing the project idea, it is important to check that there was no such project in the past.
Also, we would like to note that the IUA has a special person in the International Department responsible for coordinating issues on the Erasmus+ program.
