On 17th of November 2016 on the basis of Kyrgyz State Academy of Law was organized International scientific and practical conference “eLearning: theoretical and practical aspects of quality assurance”.
This conference was organized by Kyrgyz State Academy of Law together with Bishkek Academy of Finance and Economics (ADAM University).
The aims of conference are to presents to academic community and all stakeholders QAMEL TEMPUS project “Introduction of quality management in e-learning at the Central Asian Universities”results, and to discuss criteria and indicators of quality requirements for eLearning.
The conference was attended by representatives from 5 foreign, 16 national HEIs, including HEIs from regions (Talas, Osh, Jalal-Abad, Haryn, Karakol), projects and foundations (SOROS-Kyrgyzstan, SDC, ABA ROLI), national and international organizations (KADE, AVN, IT-Academy, Open educational resources).
Main speakers were specialists of eLearning sphere from foreign HEIs and organizations: Christoph Brake (Fachhochschule des Mittelstands (University of Applied Sciences), Germany), Irina Yastrebova and Florence Garelli (University of Nice Sophia Antipolis, France), Gytis Cibulskis (Kaunas University of Technology, Lithuania), Stefan Beiletzke (Trainings-Online Gesellschaftfür e-PortalembH, Germany).
