The National Erasmus+ Office on behalf on The Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency of the European Commission conducted between 23-24 October 2018 the institutional monitoring of the all Capacity Building projects Tempus and Erasmus+ implemented by the Kyrgyz State Technical University.
The monitoring team included Ms. Gulnara Chokusheva – National Coordinator of the Erasmus + Program in Kyrgyzstan and Mr. Syarhei Pyashkun – international monitoring expert, Ms. Larisa Marchenko – Advisor to the Minister of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, Ms. Rakhat Bekboeva – National Expert on Higher Education Reform and Dean of the Higher School of Master in the IUK.
Main purpose of the meeting is reviewing outcomes of the projects, as well as study of university’s successful experience.
Since 1999, 18 projects of Tempus and Erasmus + have been implemented with the participation of KSTU.
During the monitoring days coordinators of 18 projects presented their reports on implementation of their projects. The coordinators and project teams mentioned among the results the modification of several study plans, founding of new Master curses for students, development of online learning platforms, the internationalization of the institution, setting up new partnerships and projects with EU Universities.
