On 9-10th of September  a seminar entitled “Competence-Based Learning” was organized by the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) especially for experts in the reform of higher education in Vienna (Austria).

The purpose of the event is to study the institutional practice of the application of competency-based learning using the example of Vienna University of Applied Sciences.

The seminar addressed issues related to the interaction of the university, the higher education system and external stakeholders when it comes to learning on the basis of competence.

The seminar was attended by Ms. Adamkulova Ch., Rector of the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, Head of the National Team for the Reform of Higher Education and Ms. Sirmbard S, Rector of the University of ADAM, Member of the National Team for the Reform of Higher Education.
