On September 19-20, 2023, the first online HERE Network Meeting brought together Higher Education Reform Experts (HERE) and National Erasmus+ Offices (NEO) to discuss key priorities and strategies for enhancing the impact of their work.
The agenda included discussions on structuring national work plans, submitting successful TAM proposals, updates on European Commission priorities, and insights into the upcoming SPHERE programme. Participants also explored greening initiatives within higher education as part of the upcoming SPHERE publication.
Mirlan Chynybayev, Head of the National Team of Higher Education Reform Experts and Rector of the Kyrgyz State Technical University, participated in the event.
