On 5th of November, 2020, the National Erasmus + Office in Kyrgyzstan held an online fair of the results of Erasmus projects.

The aim of the event was to demonstrate and to provide visibility to results and achievements of capacity building and academic exchange projects implemented by Kyrgyz higher education institutions in partnership with other institutions from Europe and partner countries.

The participants of the event were welcomed by the Ambassador Eduard Auer, Head of the EU Delegation to Kyrgyzstan. In his speech, he told about the EU-Kyrgyzstan Cooperation in the education sector.

Mr. Nurlan Omurov, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic delivered information on Impact of Erasmus + program on higher education system in Kyrgyzstan. The floor was then given to Ms. Anne Spangemacher, Project Officer,
Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA, Brussels, Belgium). Ms Anne Spangemacher presented information on the Future of Erasmus+ Programme 2021-2027.

Statictic details of the Erasmus + program in Kyrgyzstan were provided by the Ms. Gulnara Chokusheva, Naional Coordinator of the Erasmus+ Programme in Kyrgyzstan.

According to the agenda, representatives of the 18 capacity building projects presented their video presentations. Viewers of the livestream voted for the best presentation of the project results.

At the end of the voting, 3 winners were invited to the Erasmus+ office and awarded with valuable prizes.

The online fair allowed to promote exchange of experience and best practices among working teams on implementation of Erasmus+ capacity building and academic exchange projects, rising awareness on Erasmus+ Programme for wider stakeholders.
