The National Erasmus+ Office took part in the a cultural event entitled entitled European Village, which was held on May 26, 2018 in Bishkek.

The main aim of the EU Village was to familiarize residents and guests of the capital with the culture, history, traditions and way of life of EU countries.

The event was organized by The European Union delegation in the Kyrgyz Republic with the assistance of the Bishkek Mayor’s Office.

Within the framework of the European Village, 11 countries of the EU presented their goods, souvenirs and printed products, information materials and national cuisine. In addition, there was an exhibition of projects, funded by the EU and of course a cultural component that includes songs and dances of EU countries, contests, as well as performances by invited European and domestic stars.
