The National Erasmus+ Office in Kyrgyzstan hosted an online event titled “Erasmus+ Kyrgyzstan: Impact and Results”, which brought together more than 100 participants from higher education institutions, civil society, the Ministry of Education and Science, and international partners.

The event focused on the outcomes of 14 Erasmus+ Capacity Building projects implemented in Kyrgyzstan between 2015 and 2020. Projects such as TUTORIAL, KYRMEDU, HiEdTec, LMPT, DERECKA, and CACTLE have supported improvements in curriculum development, teaching methods, and institutional capacity in areas like health, engineering, agriculture, ecology, entrepreneurship, and digitalisation.

The programme included video presentations, expert panels, breakout discussions, and testimonials from students and staff involved in Erasmus+ projects. A digital archive of project outputs—such as training materials, platforms, and new study programmes—was launched to support continued use and wider dissemination.

Participants discussed how project results are being integrated into education reforms in Kyrgyzstan and shared ideas for future cooperation under the 2021–2027 Erasmus+ programme.
