On April 18–19, 2024, the National Erasmus+ Office in Kyrgyzstan organized a two-day intensive training in Osh city, designed specifically for representatives of universities in the southern regions of the country. The training was conducted by experienced expert Chynara Usenbekovna Adamkulova.

🎯 Over the course of two days, participants explored the essential components of developing successful Erasmus+ project proposals. They received both theoretical guidance and hands-on experience in formulating project structures, defining objectives, and working with the main elements of the Erasmus+ program, including various work packages.

Training Objectives:

  • Equip participants with the skills to develop strong and effective Erasmus+ project proposals.

  • Foster understanding of project goal-setting, logical structuring, and budgeting.

  • Enhance participants’ capacity in project coordination and teamwork by introducing the principles of Erasmus+ project management.

  • Deepen knowledge of specific work packages such as “Quality Assurance,” “Exploitation,” and “Communication and Dissemination.”

Key Training Tasks:

  • Familiarize participants with the structure and content of Erasmus+ project applications.

  • Engage in group work to apply theoretical knowledge and develop project sections collaboratively.

  • Develop competencies in drafting project budgets and understanding financial planning.

Expected Outcomes:

  • Strengthen the ability of participants to independently prepare high-quality project proposals.

  • Improve practical skills in managing Erasmus+ projects from planning to implementation.

  • Promote networking and future collaboration among university professionals from the southern regions.
