On June 24, 2024, the National Erasmus+ Office in Kyrgyzstan conducted a targeted training session for academic and administrative staff of Kyrgyz National University (KNU), with a strong focus on enhancing skills in project proposal development.

The session aimed to build the capacity of university staff in writing high-quality project applications for international programmes such as Erasmus+, offering a blend of theoretical insights and hands-on tools for successful project design.

Participants were introduced to the key components of a competitive project proposal, including problem analysis, logical framework development, budgeting, and aligning proposals with EU funding priorities. The training also featured practical exercises and case studies drawn from successful Erasmus+ projects in the region.

This initiative is part of the ongoing effort to support Kyrgyz universities in increasing their participation in international cooperation projects and accessing funding opportunities to modernize higher education.
