Information Day of the ERAMUS+ Programme in Kyrgyzstan has taken place on 17 October 2016 on the basis and with support of the American University in Central Asia.
The aim of Information Day was to share information on new program, its elements where Kyrgyzstan can be involved as a partner-country, to explain the requirements of the 3rd Call for Project Proposals which will be launched in the end of October 2016. Information on International mobility, Joint Masters degrees and Jean Monnet components were announced. Also information about structure of application form and evaluation criteria’s of the project proposals, novelties, submission procedure and selection, financial and technical issues of the Call was presented.
The keynote speakers of the Information Day were Mr. Ralf Rahders, Head of Unit on Capacity building in Higher Education from Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency in Brussels and Ms. Gulnara Chokusheva, National Coordinator of Erasmus+ in Kyrgyzstan
In the Information Day participated over 150 representatives of HEIs from Bishkek and 6 regions of Kyrgyz Republic, representatives of EU Delegation in Kyrgyzstan and Ministry of Education and Science in KR, and others. Participants had a great opportunity to ask questions from the representative EACEA and maintain cooperation with other universities.
After the seminar representatives meeting of the new Erasmus+ projects (3th Call For Proposals) with Ms. Gulnara Chokusheva was held. Requirements for the implementation of contracts, reporting and other issues were discussed during the meeting.
