Erasmus+ ChatBot

On 17 February 2026, a coordination meeting was held within the framework of the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) project GreenKG, bringing together representatives of the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, the working group of Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov (KSTU), and the National Erasmus+ Office in the Kyrgyz Republic.

The meeting served as an important platform for strengthening institutional cooperation and ensuring coordinated implementation of project activities. Participants reviewed the current progress of the GreenKG project, discussed completed milestones, and examined upcoming phases of implementation in line with the approved work plan and timeline.

Particular attention was given to the alignment of academic, administrative, and technical components of the project. Representatives of the Diplomatic Academy and KSTU presented updates on internal coordination mechanisms, curriculum development processes, and institutional measures aimed at integrating green and sustainable development principles into higher education. The discussion emphasized the importance of ensuring coherence between project outputs, national higher education priorities, and broader sustainability goals.

The working group also reviewed upcoming activities scheduled for the next project cycle, including capacity-building events, development of academic modules, stakeholder engagement initiatives, and dissemination measures. Clear responsibilities and timelines were reaffirmed to maintain effective communication between partner institutions and to guarantee timely delivery of project results.

The National Coordinator of Erasmus+ Programme in the Kyrgyz Republic provided guidance on compliance with Erasmus+ CBHE requirements, reporting standards, financial management rules, and visibility guidelines. Her contribution supported the partners in maintaining adherence to European Commission regulations and quality assurance principles throughout the project lifecycle.

The coordination meeting highlighted the strategic importance of the GreenKG project in strengthening institutional capacities, promoting sustainable development practices, and enhancing the internationalization of higher education institutions in Kyrgyzstan. Participants stressed the value of inter-institutional dialogue and transparent communication as key factors for successful project implementation.

The meeting concluded with a reaffirmation of the shared commitment of all partners to high-quality, efficient, and timely implementation of the GreenKG project objectives. The continued collaboration between the Diplomatic Academy, KSTU, and the National Erasmus+ Office reflects a strong partnership framework aimed at delivering sustainable and long-term impact within the higher education sector of the Kyrgyz Republic.
