On 22 July 2025, the National Erasmus+ Office in Kyrgyzstan held an online consultation with representatives of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University to support the implementation of their Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) project under the Erasmus+ programme.
The primary focus of the session was on the proper preparation and submission of project documentation, with particular attention to SIGMA documents – a key component of the administrative and financial management of CBHE projects.
During the meeting, the National Erasmus+ Office in Kyrgyzstan provided step-by-step guidance on how to fill in the required financial forms, including staff cost justifications, travel and subsistence reporting, and equipment and services procurement records. Common challenges and frequent errors were also discussed, and best practices were shared to help ensure smooth reporting and audit readiness.
