On July 30, 2025, the National Erasmus+ Office in Kyrgyzstan conducted an online consultation session with representatives of the Kyrgyz-German Institute of Applied Informatics (INAI.kg).

The meeting focused on key administrative and technical aspects of project implementation, including the use of the Funding & Tenders Opportunities Portal (FTOP), document uploads, validation procedures, and the assignment of roles for both the organization and the project.

This session aimed to provide hands-on guidance and ensure smooth participation in Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) projects.

The consultation not only strengthened INAI.kg’s technical and administrative preparedness for the DIGITECH CBHE project (2025) but also enhanced the institution’s overall capacity to manage Erasmus+ projects efficiently. By walking participants through the Funding & Tenders Opportunities Portal (FTOP), document submission processes, validation procedures, and role assignments, the session ensured that all partners are aligned with project requirements and deadlines.

Moreover, the discussion fostered a better understanding of best practices in project administration, reporting, and compliance, which will help prevent common errors and facilitate smoother project execution. The session also emphasized the importance of effective coordination among project partners and the role of clear responsibilities in achieving project objectives.
