On 4 February 2026, the National Erasmus+ Office in the Kyrgyz Republic conducted a consultation for representatives of the Kyrgyz State University named after I. Arabaev, focusing on document upload procedures and practical work within the EU Funding & Tenders Portal.

The consultation was aimed at strengthening the institutional capacity of the university to effectively participate in Erasmus+ and other European Union–funded programmes. During the meeting, participants received step-by-step guidance on creating and managing organisational profiles, uploading and validating legal and financial documents, and ensuring compliance with the technical and administrative requirements of the portal.

Special attention was paid to the correct preparation and submission of supporting documents, common technical issues encountered during the upload process, and best practices for maintaining up-to-date organisational information in the system. Participants were also guided through the key functionalities of the EU Funding & Tenders Portal, including user roles, access rights, and coordination among institutional staff involved in project management.

The consultation provided an opportunity to address practical questions related to daily work on the portal, troubleshooting technical challenges, and ensuring a smooth workflow during project application and implementation stages. Emphasis was placed on the importance of accurate and timely document management for successful participation in Erasmus+ projects.

The meeting took place in a constructive and interactive atmosphere, enabling effective knowledge exchange and hands-on learning. Overall, the consultation contributed to enhancing the readiness of Kyrgyz State University named after I. Arabaev to engage more actively and confidently in Erasmus+ initiatives, with continued support from the National Erasmus+ Office in the Kyrgyz Republic.
