On July 18, 2025, the National Erasmus+ Office in Kyrgyzstan conducted a dedicated online consultation for representatives of the High Technology Park of the Kyrgyz Republic, which is participating in an Erasmus+ project for the first time.
The session was designed to help the institution navigate the initial stages of project implementation under the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) programme. Key topics included international project coordination, budget management, and administrative compliance. The Erasmus+ team also shared best practices from local institutions with previous experience, ensuring that the High Technology Park is well prepared to meet programme standards and timelines.
The consultation represented an important milestone for the High Technology Park of the Kyrgyz Republic, marking its first step into Erasmus+ and EU-funded higher education cooperation. The targeted guidance helped clarify roles, responsibilities, and procedures essential for successful project implementation.
The National Erasmus+ Office in Kyrgyzstan reaffirmed its commitment to providing ongoing support as the institution progresses through the project lifecycle. The inclusion of new actors such as the High Technology Park reflects the growing diversity of Kyrgyz institutions engaged in Erasmus+ initiatives and strengthens the link between higher education, innovation, and technological development in the country.
