On 23 July 2025, the National Erasmus+ Office in Kyrgyzstan conducted an online consultation with Osh Technological University (OshTU) regarding the implementation of a Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) project.
OshTU is the grant holder of one of the CBHE projects currently being implemented under the Erasmus+ programme. The consultation was also attended by representatives of the Kyrgyz-German Institute of Applied Informatics (INAI.kg), as well as project partners from other participating countries.
The meeting focused on key aspects of project implementation, including administrative and financial management, reporting requirements, procurement procedures, and upcoming activities. Particular attention was given to ensuring compliance with Erasmus+ rules, promoting effective communication among partners, and achieving sustainable project outcomes.
The Erasmus+ National Office provided detailed recommendations and answered questions from the participants to support smooth and successful implementation of the project.
The consultation strengthened the readiness of OshTU and its partners to implement the DIGITECH project effectively and in full compliance with Erasmus+ requirements. By clarifying administrative, financial, and procedural aspects, the session ensured that all partners share a common understanding of project expectations and responsibilities.
Practical guidance on reporting, procurement, and partner coordination will contribute to smoother implementation and better achievement of project objectives. The consultation also reinforced the importance of sustainability, communication, and international collaboration in enhancing the project’s impact.
