“My name is Aidai Shaidyldaeva, and my journey exemplifies the transformative power of international education and collaboration. Hereby I can describe myself as a professional in the aviation industry in Kyrgyzstan, currently serving as an Aircraft Purchase and Entry Into Service Consultant at Manas International Airport Holding and Asman Airlines LLC, where I am working as a Commercial Director.
With a background in economics and management and having a educational exchange in Management by Erasmus in Prague [ BIVS, Erasmus Mundus 2013-2014], I possesses a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic skills. My specifics involves overseeing the integration of new aircraft into airline operations, a task that demands meticulous planning, foresight, and effective communication.
Under my project management, Manas International Airport Holding, Air Manas Airline, Air Kg Air Company and Asman Airlines have witnessed significant milestones in their fleet expansion and modernization efforts. Several aircraft, including the Airbus A220, Beechcraft King Air, Q400, and A320, have been successfully introduced into their respective fleets in Kyrgyzstan.
Additionally, I work with all world and worldwide provides as to aim strong partnerships with aircraft manufacturers, regulatory authorities in EU, USA, and industry stakeholders worldwide.
Beyond my professional, my experience as an Erasmus Mundus alumni has equipped me with a global perspective, knowing several languages, and intercultural competencies that are invaluable in today’s interconnected world.
